Requirement:
Build a test fixture to test a large Networking board with 3200 test points.
Solution: We start by modifying our large Dual Cam Kit by building up the standard box
into a slope cabinet, we mount the large cam lid assembly required for the compression
of the board onto the spring loaded test probes, add a spring loaded locator plate for
the product. Add push pegs to the lid plate to compress the board evenly. Mount
and wire controller boards, power supples, intake an exhaust fans for cooling.
